We undertook the Half Day Distillery tour and it certainly did not disappoint. From the pre-communications to the organisation, Ingrid was incredible. We not only got to indulge in small batch distilleries but having the opportunity to sample the incredible varieties as well speaking to the clearly passionate distillers made this a really memorable experience. Thanks Ingrid for a great day. The cheese-wine-gin-honey tastings were terrific. Great to learn how to make cheese: not so scary after all! The lunch was to die for. Thanks for the Cygnet pitstop to stock up on some of the cheeses and, the pastries were every bit as good as you said they would be. We truly enjoyed your company and 100% recommend the tour.

The tour with Ingrid was fantastic. Loved the tastings and visits chatting with the folks at the distilleries. Gin comes in many different flavour and styles. Highly recommend these tours. Ingrid customised our experience, so that all members of our small group, had a memorable time. We will be back. Ingrid also has a beautiful holiday studio in the Huon Valley. Which is the perfect spot to explore the region.(See Google for the original)

“Ingrid was a fantastic tour guide. She thought of little things to make you feel very welcome. It was very interesting to learn about cheese making and how simple it is to make but how easy it is to ruin by not following the process properly. Also very knowledgeable information about wine making at a winery with superb views as a bonus. Loved the second winery we went to for a delicious lunch plus sampling some of their award winning wines.” (See Google for the Original)
